The best sesame oil I've found
I use Tsang's in cooking one of my favorite dishes: cold sesame noodles. The oil is fragrant, has a very, very, nutty taste and has a pretty high smoking point (an indicator of purity). Using it in a marinade makes for some great grilling. It's pure sesame oil and not a blend. It's very strong, so a little goes a long way. Generally speaking, I use it more as an addition to cooked noodles and salads and stir-fry in a wok more than as regular cooking oil. For some stove top cooking I’ll use a sesame oil blend.I really like this oil better than other sesame oils I’ve tried. I buy this at my local supermarket. Prices vary so you may want to shop around.
