After reading many reviews, I agonized over this purchase because there were so many that were more expensive. Sometimes $$$ = quality but not in this case. This faucet is perfect!! It was easy to install (according to my contractor—who isn’t afraid to complain). It’s sturdy and fills the tub super quick. I am very happy with it—and the sprayer works great too!!!

The customer service of this company goes above 5 stars. They were able to accommodate me on a specific style I ordered more than 6 months ago. I was stressed out because the contractors could not find the faucet piece which is the most important part and after contacting customer service, they quickly replaced it. The product itself is really nice and durable. I love the matte black color and the product comes nicely packaged even with white gloves for install. Would absolutely order again.

Beautiful addition to our bathroom. Problem with brass fitting of handheld shower head, it was to short for my plumbing, I contacted them via email, told them I need it 1cm longer, they replied within 24 hours. They custom made me a new part, arrived within 2 weeks & fits perfectly. Highly recommend.

We purchased for our bathroom renovation. We looked for what we wanted for quite some time, along with the other hardware in the bathroom, and very happy with the quality and price. The unit works very well, along with the sprayer, and is a good weight, etc. I like the little shelf where the water comes out. It's a convenient spot for items like soap, etc.

My only complaint is that the hand held shower leaks for quite a while after you turn it off. You have to really shake it and let it leak into the tub before you place it on the holder or your floor and wall will get very wet. I would not recommend if you don’t have floor and wall tiling
