Good value and Good Panels
Overall:Got these panels to help my neighbor whos bedroom shares a wall with my office/game room. I can't speak for the sound dampening yet for her since I haven't talked to her yet. But, I can say that from what I've tested they seem pretty good. Nothing crazy, but definitely will take the edge off and help dampening the main waves. I'll definitely be buying more of these since I want to add just a few more.Inflating:I initially took them out of the packs and let them get air for 24 hours or so. They weren't inflating at all, so I decided to try soaking them. It worked perfectly. I tossed three in my sink of water at a time and didn't even let them soak. I just started kneading them to get the packed air out of them. It worked perfectly since it opened the cells and allowed water in them. Once they seemed fully inflated with water, I squeezed out all of the water from them back into the sink one by one. I put them in the dryer for a bit and they were perfect. I didn't have a problem with any of them getting to size.Setup:I kinda wish these came with their own sticker pads to apply them to the wall, but I just used push pins since that's what I had. They seemed to work fine and I'll eventually switch them to picture hanger tabs later. This works for now though. The only thing here was that some where not cut perfectly straight on the edges. Nothing crazy and not workable since all I had to do was smash that side down a little or stretch the other to make it work. Definitely a good quality though since I only noticed that on like one or two. Once again, nothing that couldn't be worked out though. Great quality.

Excellent Panels
I recently built a custom audio booth/office where I could work and record and I installed these panels. They are perfectly cut and have excellent audio characteristics. Being 2 inches thick, they perform well and reduce the echo effect in my 80 square foot office down to almost zero. They also look great on the wall. Having two or more colors provides a nice pattern to look at and is striking for clients to see for the first time. Since the panels do not have any self adhesion, I stapled them to the wall using a hand held staple gun and working the staple between the square cut out patterns. This works very well and if you need to remove the panel in the future, simply remove the staple.

Nice and effective
Product came well packaged with instructions. I didnt get good results trying to let them reform by laying out. After 3 days airing and nothing really happening, I used very warm water. They grow a lot better if you use the spray attachment on the sink or tub and spray them directly than just soaking in water. They are well made and fit and size is constistant. These did a good job on silencing the room.

Almost Useless Blocking Sound
We tried using these 1 foot by two inch thick squares to reduce traditional drum kit and electric guitar noise by using double face tape and sticking them on back of a hollow interior wooden door. They didn’t noticeably reduce sound nearby or elsewhere in the house. Although subjective, I used an amplified recorded source before and after and at best only got 1 to 2 db less after using a decent SPL meter. These come thinly packed and either have to sit out a couple days, or soaked in water then put in dryer for 25 minutes on medium. I did 50/50 both methods and thickness expanded is close to listing of 2 inches. We used good grade clear double face tape and attached 3-4 pice strips extending beyond door to edge of frame, top to snug on floor. They just don’t stop sound but do look cool… until the tape sticks to door and 1/2 the foam squares fell off the next day. We used extra tape near hinges and latch but spray adhesive would be better as instructions say. We just wanted to see how much sound was blocked before going perm with glue.First set of 24 had pack of 12 and another just 11 but quickly shipped replacements for all three items ordered bundled as dozen (in two packs of 6 within).Bottom line is these did little to nothing reducing sound via the tightly covered door to reduce volume of loud instruments. They’re being returned, not cheap but ineffective, try other products even though impressive looking.

Worst Acoustic Foam I've Ever Had
I couldn't be more disappointed in a product even if I tried! I loved the way these foams looked and was happy and excited to order and get them in! But once they got here and I followed the instructions (also not my first rodeo with acoustic foams) and tried one method and waited a few days, then I tried the other method and waited a few days... then I waited a WEEK and they would not puff up. Flat as a piece of paper! And not only that but they were severely misshapen and all different kinds of cuts. I know sometimes cutting the foam you will get different sizes here and there but my God was it horrible!! They were so badly cut I even had one that looked like a deformed struggling to cope with life triangle lol!Once I said screw it and started to adhere them to where I wanted them... NOTHING would make these things stick to the wall... nothing! I've tried it all lol they just fell off! It was actually starting to become hilarious. When they managed to stick for more then a few seconds we tested it out and they didn't do diddly for absorption of sound lol might as well had just opened the door to the room.I was so excited and in the end was severely disappointed... what a waste of time and a waste of money...

Good sound dampening
I placed the panels behind the spekers and my HiFi system sounds a little bit better. I am sure that the sound improvement would be even more pronounced if the entire room would be covered with these panels, though it would be quite unsightly for my living room.

Ignore bad reviews! Easy tile shaping defies negative reviews!
The media could not be loaded. Despite initial doubts due to negative reviews, I decided to take a risk and purchase nearly 200 acoustic tiles. I was pleasantly surprised that each one assumed its perfect shape after a simple soak and gentle manipulation in water. Follow the easy steps—SOAK, SQUEEZE , and SHAPE under the water—for an outstanding outcome. It’s unfortunate the seller received negative feedback; common sense in handling made all the difference. These tiles not only look stylish but also deserve a 100% recommendation!

Excelente Material. Calidad-Precio Muy Bien.
