These don't work well with heavy sinkers. The plastic inserts break out and render them basically useless. Would be fine using 1/2 oz sinkers or less. But then why use a sinker slide?

Awesome price for good amount of tackle. Use it from Lake to ocean fishing and works well. I use up to 6 oz sinkers and it hold well.

i've used these up to a 1oz bank caster. only downside is getting them snagged on a rocky bottom lake or river.
