Taste is ok, not great
tastes ok, blends ok, does what it is supposed to on an elimination diet. Some of the shakes I try for my intestinal issues are chalky, this one is not bad--but it's not hot cocoa, lol, it's a diet food.

NOT ELEMENTAL DIET!
It cannot be used as an elemental diet even though the name of the product is elemental diet!!! It cant be used as sole source of food. Needs to be eaten immediately after mixing. This is whey protein powder with a digestive enzyme. It also contains "gum" , monk juice and stevia!These items should not be eaten, they disrupt the gut. YOU CANT RETURN IT. DO NOT BUY

BEST Protien Powder I’ve had!!
I’m a fan of protein powders and have tried hundreds of different kinds. This is definitely the BEST I’ve ever had! It blends so smooth with no chalky after taste and tastes good. But, most importantly, it does not aggravate my IBD and doesn’t make me gassy. It’s a bit pricy but, it’s the only protein powder that doesn’t hurt my gut. I’ll buy this regularly, for sure!!!

Great taste but expensive
The chocolate flavor has great taste, dissolves easily in warm water and does not cause GI discomfort - even though it’s made from whey. I would give it 5 stars if not for the price. One bag contains 10 servings. That’s expensive.

Gassy
It just made me unbelievable gassy! Wow I never were so gassy like this! Definitely this not for me!I got SIBO and I was looking for low FODMAP, but this is not an option!

This product contains MILK!!
Part of a SIBO diet keeps milk off our diet. The advertising on this product is misleading. Plus, it tastes awful!! They won't let me return. I got sick from this because of the milk.After this post, the supplier contacted me and refunded. Thank you!
