I have a ring doorbell 3, will this work over that or will it block the sides?

If you look at the pictures of my review you will see that it does block the sides a little bit but it is not enough to be significant

Will this work for my ring 3 plus ??

How well does this plastic hold up in the sun? Does it have any UV protection?

It was installed in my place for more than a year with >40 degrees Celsius and still in good shape. I had a plan to spray paint for UV protection, but I have to research to make sure that there ain't have reaction with the material.

Has anyone had any luck with this keeping the morning dew/frost off the lense?

I live in a warm climate so in short my answer is NO. But please note that I don't believe this will prevent dew because this is not a phenomenon that falls from the sky. At your own risk you may try putting a little bit of Vaseline or other product that prevents dew from appearing on car headlights
