Love this laptop
I had to use my personal laptop that is a 17in screen every day for working at home, which means I had to transport it from my living room(for personal use) to my home office(for work) everyday. With my history of clumsiness, it was inevitable that I would damage my laptop in transportation. I purchased this smaller laptop to keep at my work desk for both its size and so I would not have to move it daily. I LOVE THIS LAPTOP. It is not a touch screen, which I didn't need anyway, but it is perfect for my current job. I highly suggest this laptop.

Computer is slow
The applications on this computer are very slow. It seems bogged down and I only downloaded Microsoft Teams, McAffee virus and Micro 365. Could this be why it is so slow?

It’s alright
I bought the laptop just so i could download sims to play. And the laptop was SMALL. No biggie, kinda threw me off though. But it holds the game pretty good with no issues EXCEPT it doesn’t have much room for MODS 😩

Light and portable
This laptop gets the job done. If you want a computer that you can easily move around your home or take with you on trips, this fills that role.

Awesome laptop!!!!
I love, love, love this laptop!!! Super easy to set up, super easy to maneuver through, and super fast!!! I use it mainly for school. Couldn’t tell you how it is with gaming but with all my pictures, music and files for class, it’s amazing!!!

Great Purchase.
My daughter needed this for school work, so I have not and will not be using it. However, nary a complaint from her and if you knew my daughter, you would know about flaws if there were any! So the price is great and we got the warranty package as well. All is good....go for it.
