Superb heating effect.
I've been using this for 20 years wayback in the US but here in the UAE is very costly.

It took 2 days to warm up. Cannot place on the lower spinal area.

What a great find. My back is always in pain. I use these on my back a bedtime and the heat does wonders for relieving the pain. Can also be used during the day. Fits very nicely on most size people. Can have on 12 hours and then off for 12. Great product.
