I have been taking these for 15plus years. They are part of my morning vitamin regimen. I have nevrr had side effects or health issues from them. At 51 years old and working 12 hour shifts I quickly notice that when I don't take them I am not as alert and get tired. There are larger pills but do give you a boost of energy.

I am a night shift worker and this stuff is great. It doesn't make me jittery and it helps me through.
