Does this have deviders or can you get them

This one did not, I wouldn't recommend getting this one either, but I'm sure you can order dividers. There isn't a spot for them though.

Is this a flip top or does the top come off and reverse for cup holder? Description and reviews seem to say both?

It flips up. The reverse side looks like it could work to hold a couple of cups but not like a cupholder in your car. It's still a great cooler for $10.
