Drinkability:I always have a hard time drinking water when I am breastfeeding but Hydromom makes it easy with this amazing flavor. I love the strawberry kiwi taste. I have tried the other flavors and strawberry kiwi is the best tasting flavor in my option. No artificial taste and no gritty texture. I have even recommended this product to other moms to help with hydration while breastfeeding. Mixability:The powder mixed in pretty well. I would be sure to shake or mix up the powder that fall to the bottom of the drink.

Exclusively breastfeeding mama here and these are amazing for my milk supply. Plus they taste so good! Easy to mix with water and don’t have that chalk taste that other mixes do. Ordered several of these

Was not a huge fan on the taste. And maybe that’s my fault for not reading about this product but it’s fizzy. Just not for me.

Each packet seems like they have inflated.. this is the only flavor I tried that the packets were like this. Once you open them, the pressure releases. So I'm not sure if it expands over time or if they did this intentionally.The taste is really nice. It all mixes together really nicely. There are some out there that won't mix fully and leave a gritty feel. But not this brand! It tastes even better when you mix it with coconut water! I would purchase this again, but my favorite is the blue raspberry one!

Pregnant (soon to be mama here)! I’ve had HG during my pregnancy and have had issues with my HR and BP due to dehydration. I started using these packets in my water because my Dr recommended that I try to add some sodium/potassium packets into my water. These are really yummy (I got the strawberry kiwi) and I think they did help! Don’t get me wrong it doesn’t cure anything but has helped, I’m on my second purchase:) I love that they have multiple benefits, hoping to use these to help with my milk production also once sweet baby is here.

The taste has a metal taste to it. It doesn’t taste like strawberry kiwi at all. I read another person got a headache with drinking this and I have one as well. It’s my first packet to try it out.I think I’ll just stick with liquid IV which is unfortunate. Really wanted to be able to support a brand for moms.

Good flavor and very easy to use while on the go! Makes drinking water a lot easier, so I stay more hydrated.

Great flavor I bought the strawberry kiwi! Not too sweet or doesn’t taste artificial. Brought to the beach with me to make sure I stay extra hydrated being pregnant! I will say the package is hard to open. That would need to be the only adjustment. I need scissors everytime.
