Best of what is available
This book is far from perfect but it is the best available that I could find. For some reason there just does not appear to be the range of books for the ESP32 like there is for say Arduino. This book will help get you going but it could have been much better.

Nice book to learn building projects on ESP32/ESP8266.
Nice book with detailed info. Still going thru it. Some quick observation on my dislike for this book : The book coild have at least 1 chapter in the begining to give high overview of ESP platform and key protocols used to setup context. Most of images used in the book look like cheap inkjet printing and not crisp. Either good resolution images should have been used or could use good old circuit Diagrams.
