It was worth the price. Smaller container than I thought, but so fun, gorgeous and the herbs are ahhhhmazing! Just get it, you'll be happy you did.

Love Herbes de Provence and this is a good one. Like the little pot. Not sure how to use it. I spread it on a piece of turkey tenderloin and baked. And added to Cannellini bean salad. Update: Turned out my favorite use for it was rolling a log of plain chevre in it till covered. Wonderful.

I really wanted this little crock filled with herbs de Provence and it is handmade in France but just letting you know the front that says herbs de Provence and the green on top are stickers, not painted onto the pottery. The crock is also not glazed or kiln fired. I don’t recommend the higher price to get the crock. Just buy this blend, which is delicious and blended in France, in the refill bag and find a nice glazed crock somewhere else on Amazon.

I purchased from this listing because it was one of the only ones I saw here on Amazon that showed a crock with black lettering. When it arrived the lettering was a light green color and, sadly, the label was a sticker rather than painted on. I had a crock like this for almost 15 years which I accidentally dropped and broke. I loved that little crock and it sat in a special place beside my stove, so I knew I wanted to replace it. The quality in this new one is far inferior. I probably won't even be able to place it beside the stove because the sticker will soon peel off due to steam (the label is already peeling away in one corner from where the freshness seal was removed). Seeing the changes in the quality of the crock makes me even more sad about my clumsiness. Oh well. Having said all that, the herbs are good and fresh--I sprinkled them on a pizza I made tonight.

Excellent herb blend placed in an attractive ceramic vessel made in France. A terrific gift for those hard to shop for. They'll be thrilled...and don't forget to purchase one for yourself!

I buy these for gifts. Amazing how many people haven’t even heard of these herbs! Refillable jar cute enough to leave out on counter!

I just love my little crock pot of seasonings. Already used in a pot of soup. Smells delicious. I would definitely recommend.
