This seasoning has a great flavor but even better is the quality customer service Oakridge BBQ offers to their customers. Mike the owner is a stand up guy. The only thing I didn’t like about this seasoning is the celery seed it is a strong flavor. Found out I wasn’t crazy about celery seed after ordering and Mike and Higher Expectations (amazon store) made it right. Otherwise great flavored rub and extremely fresh.

yes I will use it on ribs, for your info try rubbing mayo on the ribs before putting the rub on, I would have never done it but just had to try and it tenderizes the ribs so you don;t have to wrap them and the get done sooner. The crust is soft and not crisp and you don;t taste the mayo, just add more rub than you normally would

I've tried many different rubs for smoking pork ribs and this has become my preferred. I've done side by side comparisons with other rubs and salt/pepper combo and this provides a slight sweetness and tang that's just right.

The rub was amazing, tasty with a sight hint of heat. My ribs taste better then my favorite BBQ spot.

Nice balance of spices. There is nothing in the rub that is overpowering. It is a crowd favorite when I smoke pork ribs for large or small gatherings. Also nice that nasty preservatives are not present in the rub. Thanks!

This rub was excellent. Only needed a bit of brown sugar with it.

Have tried a lot of different products. This is by far the best ever- my search is over.. The whole family loves it and it has gotten to the point that my wife is giving away my brisket to friends to show off.. in fact i got a whole three slices of the last one

The best rub money can buy. Great taste when used on any part of the beef, but it is heavenly on brisket.
