Very poor quality, especially considering i can get high quality salmon in seaso for about half the cost. no skin, very lean - which is not what you want from salmon. The fat is both the healthy part and the part that makes it yaste great. These are little, chewy hockey pucks, even if you don't over cook them. season them enough, and at least they're edible. Worst part, they arrived with over a third of them completely thawed They were still cold, but an hour or so more, and they'd have been cat food, which is what may end up happening to the rsst of it.
