I purchased this Neck Bolster Pillow Roll with Removable Washable Oeko-TEX Cover, hoping it was all they said it was. I am so happy I decided to give it a try as I LOVE IT!!! I use mine behind the small of my back while sitting in my favorite chair. It gives me the support I need to relieve the pain in my back while sitting.The only drawback is, I never, ever want to get up out of my favorite chair anymore. Besides relieving my low back pain it is lovely to look at and tailored extremely well and keeps it shape. AN EXTREMELY GOOD CHOICE, If I must say so myself!.......

I have spent years and $$$ trying to find a pillow that I like. As a side sleeper, who sometimes ends up on my back, finding a pillow that works has been difficult. Lately I'd been waking up with horrible headaches that I couldn't get rid of all day. This pillow is miraculous!This pillow is frm enough to support my head, but squishy enough to feel nice.Only complaint is the length. I wish it was about 6" longer so I didn't have to reposition if I roll over, but that is no reason not to love this pillow.

This pillow is soft but not as supportive of my neck as I would have liked. It smooshes down when you lay on it too much. It is not bad for the money & if you want a soft pillow this is for you.

As for the product itself, it's really fantastic. The foam feels like just the right amount firmness for memory foam...not too soft but not too much resistance to squishing. The outer cover is be dazzlingly soft which definitely adds to how comfortable it makes this pillow/roll to use. I can't speak to durability but functionally, it's hard to imagine improving on this roll.But the real star is the customer service. I had a very minor issue with the pillow zip cover and reached out to their customer service team. They were incredibly fast, understanding, beyond reasonable, and basically just world-class. I can't say enough about how much they value their customers and want to (and DO) do right by them. 10/10 would buy from them again.

I returned the product because it was much too large in diameter and not comfortable. The product seemed of good quality it just did't work for me.

I was so eager for this pillow. I am a side sleeper, right side to be specific. Most pillows either push my head up causing a headache or allow it to droop causing a headache. The reviews mostly said this pillow would fix that. It is as stiff and unforgiving as a paving stone, I could have saved my money and gotten one of those from my back yard. I am giving it a week, if my head and neck can survive that long, then I'm tossing it.Update. I was told to give it time, some said up to a month, to break it in and adjust. I did and my review stands. Today I woke up with my last headache because of this pillow. If it works for others yay I'm glad for them it has been a nightmare of daily migraines for me.To their credit they did email me offering to refund, unfortunately I have no way to return for a refund so I ate the cost. I tossed it the moment I stumbled out of my room in search of ibu and a cool cloth. Worst purchase I ever made.

My father is a truck driver and I got this for him for Christmas. He has already told me more than once how much he likes the pillow and it is just perfect. Not too soft not too firm but just right he says. He uses this as an arm pillow while he is driving since he has shoulder problems he says this is just right.

Seriously though, super soft and squishy, conforms well to the shape of your neck with enough pressure to feel supported. If you are someone with severe “forward head posture” this probably won’t work as well, but for people with average posture it feels wonderful! Oh, and it can be squished down really small and put in a “Space Saver” bag to fit into a carry-on bag.
