Cracked mounting kit
Easy to install but it’s leaking because mounting part is leaking. If seller can please contact me to replace part thank you

Leak resulting from cheap inner gaskets
The faucet metal is of good quality, spray is good and metal seems to be assembled good. However, like other reviews on it, i also came across a leak issue. Leak caused by the rubber gaskets inside the connections. I had to buy some new ones to replace the cheap ones that it comes with in order to stop leaking

Make sure valve nuts are tight
Bought for use in our restaurant. Great looking faucet but make sure the the nuts on the valve are tight. Half way through the first day had the hot side valve came apart and make an absolute mess water everywhere.

Great faucet! - don’t let it freeze
This faucet was great for us but it’s outside and we had a hard freeze and we didn’t turn off the water as we should have. An internal piece broke and I’ve tried to contact the vendor to inquire about replacement parts but have had no response. Hoping to not have to shell out more money to replace this faucet. Especially since it was my own negligence by not turning off the water in an unheated space but I need help. Hope the vendor sees my review because otherwise this was a great product

swivel
I replaced my old wall mounted faucet with this newer model. This is my first DIY plumbing effort. The handles are nice. Installation wasn't bad, but had to do an adaptation because the L-connectors to my water lines would not come off and didn't want to force it. Had to buy stainless steel adaptors which cost another $30. What I don't like - The handles are mushy. THere is not a crisp shut off when turning the handle. I'm guessing the internal cartridge is not well designed. The water flow changes even after I open the hot water valve. Then have to readjust the handle again. It's not a subtle adjustment. Worst of all is the nut that holds the faucet to the main body. If you tighten this nut too much you cannot swivel the faucet arm as promised. Too loose, the faucet will swivel but the nut loosens itself as you move the faucet around. Not sure why that nut is even there if just for looks. Overall, it's worth the money but I'm guessing that more expensive faucets have better internal design and a more crisp function.

Don't waste your money!!!
Gave 1 star because I had to. Flimsy, cheap and has leaked from the beginning!! Had to purchase a new one from a plumbing supply store. Don't buy this crap.
