If your Samsung Tab Pro 8.4 is rebooting constantly even though it says the battery is fully charged or have enough charge that should get you by, your going to need to replace the battery because it is faulty. The price for this kit is ridiculously affordable for what you get. The only hard part of replacing the battery is trying to separate the plastic back cover from the screen. The best knowledge I can give to you is push really hard between the casing and the screen and push in deep as there are internal clips that go around the whole tablet is what hold the back cover to the screen. The guitar pick is what I used more so to go in deep with the combination of the wedge tool provided with this kit.Overall I'm pleased and I have charged this once I got this and then discharged completely and recharge again and so far I get about 8 hrs of continuous running nonstop.The pic I provided is just showing a comparison between the replacement battery that is installed on the Tab Pro and the original Samsung that feels a little bloated.

Replaced the aging battery in my Samsung SM-T320 tablet with this battery from this seller. My tablet kept restarting even though the battery was fully or nearly fully charged. I knew this was time for battery replacement since I had previously experienced the same symptoms prior to replacing the battery a couple years ago.This battery from this seller arrived quickly and in perfect condition.Included with the purchase are all the necessary tools: four small screwdrivers for various screw heads, in addition to plastic pry tools, similar to guitar picks, to be used to remove the back off your device in preparation for battery change out.It's a straightforward job. In my case, remove battery connector and four screws and then reinstall. Pop the back on the tablet and your done.My battery came about 3/4 charged so I charged it fully before using.Tablet works perfectly, battery charges quickly and lasts like the original.This battery and tool set is about half the cost of the previous battery I ordered through another non-Amazon seller.This is a great value from an excellent seller. Highly recommend.

The battery fixed my issue where I would constantly power down at 80%. After I had the tablet apart, I lso made sure all my connectors were properly installed in their slots. So for me, battery is 5/5.The tools, however, are like a 2/5 at best. They are made of very brittle plastic (like a plastic rubber). They may be good for disassembling another type of tablet, but because of the rigid sides on this model they kept snapping at the crease. I had to file them down twice to get an edge on them again. Not wowed by the tools.A tip for taking the tablet apart. Be careful when separating it from the outer shell. If you start to hear what sounds like adhesive separating, STOP! YOU ARE SEPARATING THE GLASS SCREEN FROM THE LCD! Watch the online tutorials and watch the whole way through. This will give you an idea of that you should see when removing pieces. It actually took me quite some time to uninstall the screen, but after replacing the battery reinstall action was simple. Just work your way around the edges and you'll be fine.

It works, is inexpensive, and easy to install. After a week, I'm still getting at least double the battery life and much faster charging time. I think my prior battery was a just that old. By the way, all tools were included.Watch the YouTube videos if you are going to do this. You don't remove the back. You work between the glass and the metal sides to slowly, carefully, with just a tiny bit of force, go around all edges four or five times until you pop the entire contents of the tablet out of the front. Mine snapped back together looking identical to before I started, which I didn't expect. I thought it might leave a tiny gap on at least one side.

So far, this battery has worked flawlessly and it corrected the rebooting problem on my Samsung tablet. It seems to hold a charge as well as the original battery did when it was new. The tools that came with the battery were helpful in getting the cover off; but they got pretty tore up in the process and can only be used once. For the price; this battery was certainly a good choice. I would have given five stars except that two of the four mounting points of the battery were drilled too large; so the screws heads went right through them. This left only two of four screws really holding the battery in. But, its not that big of a deal since the tablet cover snaps on and holds the battery in place anyway. I would say this is a good value and certainly a wiser choice than the $50 battery that others sell.

Its like having a brand new tablet. Relatively easy to install. Just take you time doing and watch the tutorial on YouTube a few times. All the tools supplied were adequate to get the job done. Only issue I ran into was securing the battery ribbon. Not a very big. Just take your time and watch the tutorial a few times.Very good value for the price.When you install the battery, let the battery run as is. My battery was at 60% at install. I ran it to zero and the tablet shut off. Recharge the tablet to 100% while it is off. I believe this batteries have memory. To get the most juice zero to 100 while it's off.

I ordered this product as a replacement for my Samsung tablet, checked the part number and found this one was the one I needed. I ordered it and it arrived promptly, it came complete with the tools necessary to open the unit and the replacement battery, the battery is a big heavier in weight to the original, and I found it was just slightly bigger than the original, but by jiggling it about it fit within the unit just fine! The seller states that you have to leave it to discharge to 15% three times, and then after that the battery stays charged and charges well with a lot of use. That is incorrect, the first three charges were brilliant and the unit worked perfectly, but unfortunately my battery has become unreliable, It discharges too quickly and it takes about 12 hours to charge? I probably should have tried to source the original Samsung part from somewhere?! But as the reviews were very good with this part I purchased it, you might be lucky with your purchase? But I was not?!! It is a disappointment!! @:0(

Replaced the battery on my Samsung tablet. Very easy and has given a new lease of life to an old piece of kit. Don't believe those who tell you that this has to be done by Samsung

Bought as replacement for original battery in Samsung tablet which needed plugging in all the time to power up.Lasts a good few hours now but time will tell.It was fairly easy to install with the tools provided.

Replacement for Samsung tab batterie. Easy to install and very helpful seller. After one faulty they resend one new as a replacement. Problem solved.

Easy to install & my tablet has a new lease of life now.
