My daughter loved it!It's the first book my daughter read that wasn't a picture book. It's not quite a real chapter book like the Never girls or Nancy Clancy so it's great for beginner readers. There are beautiful illustrations on every single page. I highly recommend this book for little girls that say they don't like to read.

Fun book for young readers.

Perfect book for my 6 yr old who reads above level. She loves it! It has content that she enjoys reading, but brings in "bigger" words and ideas that are more her reading level. It is really hard to find books like that, so big thumbs up to the Scholastic Branches books--they're excellent!
