Dr Rogo Orthopedic Gel Arch Support Insoles -Correct Flat Feet - Relieves Pain & Reduces Pressure

I have put these in several different pair of shoes. My feet and knees have appreciated them. I did after a year have to replace them in my most often worn tennis shoes as they were crushed. I have also had adhesion problems in 2 pair of shoes, but I've put them in many pair and only had to many-times adjust these two.

I've been suffering with arch pain and needed extra support for those times when I wear shoes with little arch support, like dress flats. I have found other inserts for shoes to come off rather easily and thought maybe this product was worth a try. The item arrived quickly. Packaging isn't too impressive but you do receive one arch support marked for the right foot and one for the left. As other reviewers have noted, it would be helpful if there were instructions. Each arch support is sticky on one side and I guess the idea is to adhere it to your bare foot arch until it fits you comfortably (sock and shoe helps with keeping it in place). I can't imagine this as a wear-only-once product, but have no idea how long the "stick" will stay sticky. One previous reviewer mentioned you can wet the bottom side of the arch support and it will adhere to your foot ok. I've posted a photo to give you an idea of the size of the product as it was smaller in length than I had expected even though it does fit the length of my arch. Hope the photo and review are somewhat helpful. I'll try and report back after I've given it a good walk out. UPDATE: I've changed my star rating from 3 to 5 because these arch supports work GREAT. Just place in a comfortable spot and you're good to go. I've actually ordered another pair because these work good when I wear flats needed for dressy occasions.

No instructions included. The picture makes it appear they are attached to foot to use with sandals, but the sticky part is to be stuck in a shoe. Had to do some searching online to find how to get the to attach for sandal use (the main reason I bought them). Otherwise, I would have given it a 5 star rating

I bought these to insert into my flats that I wear. I have had cases of tendonitis on and off for a few years now and inserts have always helped me. Unfortunately these ones are also a little misleading. In the picture that is displayed for this product, I understand that they are trying to show you how the product looks when in the arch of your foot. But, being a human being and not being able to rely to much on my own idea of where my arch might be, it was hard to find the proper spot to stick this on my shoe....unless these are supposed to be stuck directly onto your foot? I'm not sure. Regardless, I wouldn't buy these again.

Work to keep my feet from rolling in. Wish you could move from shoe to shoe, but you would ruin the sticky and they would stop staying in place, I purchase a second pair for another pair of shoes. They are a soft jell that does not put pressure on you feet and in the right position keep you feet stable. You may need to adjust a little at first to get the right fit.

I like that there is an arch support that I can put in my smaller shoes, but this one needs to be a little bit bigger because it feels like a lump under my foot rather than support for my arch.

Perfect​ for women and open shoes, even if seen... hard as they are nearly invisible in any shoe, they'll be a conversation starter more than anything else. Work Perfectly as designed.
