Great quality, gastric resistant so they make it intact to the bowel. Also contains a natural gut yeast so even more beneficial as it keeps overgrowth in check

This is an excellent, shelf-stable multi-strain probiotic. The capsules are easy to swallow, and since you only take one capsule, this product is better priced than less expensive supplements that require you to take multiple capsules per serving. My husband and I have purchased this product many times.
