I recently purchased the BASENOR Custom Design Mud Flaps for my 2021 Tesla Model Y, and I couldn't be happier with the product. **UPDATE March 2025** Basenor reached out to me and provided a replacement set of the mud flaps free of charge. They were very easy to work with once I was able to get ahold of them. Thank you! **Original Review** Build Quality: Seems sturdy and well manufactured Installation: Not too hard to figure out, but included documentation and available installation videos are lacking and outdated. Durability: Poor, after only 2 snow storms my front passenger side mud flap snapped in half and was dragging along the ground. Company: There is no way to contact them on their website and their social media is locked down to only "verified" accounts. As such, I'm forced to leave this public review. Design: I feel they fit the vehicle slightly too low to the ground. Overall: I'm disappointed that the durability isn't higher for this product. I now have 3/4 of the items attached to my 2025 model 3 and it looks quite stupid. I was hoping the company would provide me with a replacement or offer me the opportunity to purchase a single flap, but they have locked down communication and have not provided a way to contact them on their website.

After a lot of research I selected these mud flaps for my Tesla Model 3 Highland. They were easy to install and looked very good. However after a few months of use both front mud flaps cracked. Not sure why given at the time I only had about 4,000 miles on the car. I contacted Basenor and they quickly shipped me a complete replacment set with no questions asked other than to send a few pictures. I was very pleased with thier response and would not hestiate recommending these to anyone. I'm not sure if competitors would respond as rapidly. My daughter has a set for her older Model 3 as well and loves them. They do the job, are easy to clean and protect's by cars finish well .

The mudflaps themselves are a nice size, good quality, and a good fit on the car. However, the install is not as easy as some would have you believe. This version came with metal clips to hold the upper portion of the flap to the car (front flaps only) so you don't have to drill a hole or use the screws, but the clip will not fit in the slot provided. There is a metal obstruction in the wheel well right where the hole in the mudflap accepts the metal clip, thus preventing it from being used. I tried realigning the flap to accommodate the clip but that doesn't work, the alignment is determined by the plastic push clips at the bottom of the flap and is very precise. I ended up drilling and using the screws, which still come in the kit as though they recognize you probably won't be able to use the metal clips. Hmmmm. And speaking of the plastic push clips - the factory Tesla push clips were easy to remove (and reinstall). The clips provided with this kit ARE NOT. Many people note that you have to push fairly hard, but I literally pushed my entire body backwards on my concrete garage floor trying to push these in, to no avail. (For what it's worth, I'm a guy of average size in better than average condition). I had to resort to using a very large flat-head screwdriver as a lever against the back edge of the tire to pry these into place. Seriously. They definitely should not be that hard. And yes, I had them lined up properly in their receiver. I triple-checked that after having so much difficulty pushing them in. And removing them? I tried removing the first one after I couldn't get the metal clip in place (see above), and even trying to be very careful, I tore the head off the plastic push pin trying to remove it. I had to drill out the core of the pin to get it out. Given how hard it was to push in, I'm not that surprised. Overall, they are a good quality and a good fit, but be ready for some fairly serious installation issues. If you have an older M3, your mileage may vary, but on my 2021 it's almost as though the push clips are still not quite long enough. I guess on a positive note, they definitely aren't going to fall off. On the flip side, should I (or a service tech) ever need to remove them . . . . .

Perfect fit and alignment for 2023 Australian Model Y RWD No issues installing, only possible issue is no guide marks for rear clips, don't feel as secure as the front ones, might fall off eventually, but the rear flaps feel secure enough as there is a little tab/catch near the top and also the screw cover.

Install took around 20 minutes. Looks good, well made. I have other Basenor products and they are the same good quality

Bought this for my new Model Y Juniper. It's very well packed and has all the essential tools to get them fixed on the car. Quality is exceptional. It's hard plastic and shaped perfectly to fit the Model Y without requiring any additional holes. Clips right into the existing holes on the car. Highly recommended and avoid cheap substitutes.

parfait pour TM3 highland. S'adapte parfaitement. installation très facile (compter 20 minutes). Juste besoin d'un petit tournevis pour ôter les rivets d'origine et ensuite l'installation est un jeu d'enfant. Le rendu est très bien et la qualité perçue est très bonne. Je recommande!!
