I was hooked from the first book. The gritty raw style and dark humor is what vets crave! Your stories got electrolytes! Like myself, I'm positive mikes twisted dialogue is your inner thoughts not made for society leaking out..I know..because under the surface theirs a little mike in us all.. The only flaw is he's a marine and not ARMY!!! Love yr work. And if you read this, I know some producers i can point your way..Spent time in Holly weird making movies. take care jar head!

Mark Tufo has written one of the best zombie series I've ever read. The books are funny, serious and full of info regarding guns and other military things. When I read his books, I have my phone sitting by my side to look up pictures of the guns etc mentioned in Mark's books. The characters in the books are well developed, I laugh and cry as I'm reading these books. I highly recommend them !!

You’re books are outstanding. I’ve been reading from almost the beginning and I’ve always been waiting for the next book to drop. Got behind for a bit but I’m catching up now. Sad to the series end but I can’t wait to see what you do next. I do hope you stay in horror genre

It dragged a bit a first but easily became one of my favorite in the series. Looking forward to more of his books.

Since I read book one of thr series I have been in love with the characters in this series, waiting so impatiently for the next one to arrive.Mark Tufo and his series have seen me through loss and heartbreak. Times when it all felt just too much but picking up the books, emersing myself into Mike's life has always made me laugh, made me stay up till dawn because I just had to know what happened next.I know Mike is out there still, in other times and places and bringing that same sense of wishing this was someone in my life. You just have to join the fan pages to know how many of us feel that way.From the first outloud laugh in book one (and there were a few) I have known I had a place to retreat too where I could visit with friends. And yes, teenage daughters are certainly demonspawn (as well as our angels).Thank you Mark. Each series has drawn me in and left me wanting more. I never thought we would get to 16 but really, I think I would carry on and read a few more. Lycan fallout series is one I think it is time to start again.I hope someday we learn about BT's legacy a little more..Please, don't ever stop giving us the gift of your stories.

I've followed Mike Talbot and family since the beginning and all Mark's offshoots of this brilliant character too.From his small beginnings through to the final interation of the zombies and looking to live a quiet life, his story of how things panned out have been incredible. You can't help but see everyman in Mike and how he copes with daily life and his memories of what he has had to do.The whole series is written with humour, detail, emotion and keeps you on the very edge of your seat and unable to put these books down and counting the days till rhe next one is published. I'm left bereft of looking forward to the next chapter so I hope that Mike and Co will carry on in Mark's offshoot series of him.Well done Mark, you've become the author I will look for above all others and I'm glad that that one email encouraged you to carry on writing and I hope you have a very long career doing what you do peerlessly, thankyou.

OMG, the last book in the series and boy it doesn’t disappoint, we’ll it does because it’s the last book but the story is gripping. Loved how the ends were all tied up without the story feeling rushed to the end. I was I the edge of my seat with the action, laughing out loud with the humour and cried with the emotion. Not nay authors can capture all 3 in 1 book. Fantastic. Look forward to more adventures with Mark Tufo

Well, Mark Tufo, you've done it again. Just when I thought you'd covered every possible scenario, you pull more outta that bag of tricks. More than once, I was still in the story after I put the book down.I will miss those characters more than I will admit to non-Tufonians and will reread the entire series in a while.Thanks Mark, it's been a blast. Keep writing x

It feels like the end of an era, I'll miss the zombie fallout crew and hope to have some follow on stories full of the adventures covering the in between zombie and local times.As ever, the characters draw you in and you feel part of the world, every mark tufo book has created an emotional attachment for me and I can't wait to see where he takes me next.
