Marine Outdoor Bass/Pontoon Boat Carpet/16 oz (Lt Gray, 6'x16')

This carpet is really good at a great price. I really feel I got my money's worth but what I found to be excellent and above and beyond was the customer service. I've installed carpet before but never in a boat. I knew to order extra due to waste and all my mistake.i still came up 16 inches short..I emailed them before bed and check my email just before lunch that day. A very knowledgeable and polite man name Dan had responded with his personal number. So I text him and within seconds he called me and informed me that the carpet I had inquired about had already shipped before I even got out of bed that day. . To me...that's simply the best customer service anyone could ask for ...I give the product and the seller 5 stars and highly recommend

We were looking for a temporary carpet to cover the old one until we could replace it. The thickness and quality of this carpet is very nice. It does get a little hot on bare feet in the sun, but I would get this color again because it is a great shade of marine blue. Since we are using it more as an area carpet, I purchased some double sided tape to use in certain spots. I also cut around the motor with some sharp shears and it did not ravel.

Good carpet, but I ordered two pieces (one 6' x 16' and one 6' x' 25'), and although both were labeled as Lt. Gray, they were not the same shade at all. We couldn't tell there was a difference through the plastic the carpets came wrapped in, so we missed the return cut-off date. We made them work, but I wouldn't take a chance on ordering this product again.

The carpet made the difference, the boat looks great. The carpet is a great value and surely increased the value of my boat.

I got Lt gray, this is the color it came out as (white vinyl boat seat)Pros:Easy to work with - I had no trouble getting it in and moved around within my boat, easy to flex around and not too stiff. I glued it in and had 0 issues with the carpet not sticking to the glue/floor.Feels good - obviously not the softest material as it’s for outdoor but by no means is it scratchy or stiffPrice - I’d say this product is reasonably priced. Came in a roll vs folded from what I’ve read on other products. (6x16 for me)Easy to clean - says what it says, it’s easy to vacuum.Cons:Fuzz - there was tonnnnsss of fuzzies, I think many came from my cuts but not really sure, they just appearedFraying - I didn’t cut my carpet with scissors but a sharp razor blade and I had some edges that would get very stringy and have a lot of frayed bits, I ended up tucking a bunch under trims and such but be warned with blade. (Melting with a tortuous might help?)

Wanted a cheap but reliable season boat carpet. Turned out great for a rookie! Carpet is very easy to mold and cut. I will say the edges where the carpet was put to size was brittle but I can look past it.
