Per my PT, pull for 5 minutes and then release, repeat one more time. Maximum of 2 times. Don’t know if that would apply to everyone or not

Q: Can i used this device if i had a few disc fused?

I don't know the answer, but would recommend that you check in with your doctor. I use it regularly, but I have had no back surgery.
