Will this work in the USA?

Sort of. I got poor coverage despite being on AT&T's network. The data is capped at 12gb even if you paid for more, and you can't use your phone as a wifi hotspot in the USA with this SIM.

Is it one card for unlimited 4G data for one month?

yes it is but only in UK is unlimited . In Europe and other location Go Roam, you have just 12Gb.

Will this work in Dominca Republic?
