Love that it's fabric, it's comfy and was easy to assemble. The draw back, it massages my upper back more instead of my lower back, which is where I need it most. The color says blue grey but it looks more grey than blue

I ordered 2 chairs. The chairs arrived on time. Went together fairly easily. The wiring and remote were missing for one of the chairs. Contacted seller and was sent a replacement. They sent a wired remote system and the chairs I ordered were wireless so that part would not work. Contacted seller and they were quick to respond and requested the part number which I provided. It was Chinese New Year so 7 to 10 days for shipping. No part as yet. The chair that did work now only works sporadically. They have a massage and heating system that is useless if it does not work. The chairs are very firm but are pretty to look at. Still trying to work with seller to resolve this issue.I finally gave up waiting for the parts and requested a return. Returning both chairs as this was an upgrade to have two matching chairs. 2 big chairs are not going to be easy to slug to return and not what I wanted. Very disappointed.

I enjoyed this while it lasted. I just recieved this month (July) and the massage and heat already don't work. I checked all my cords and batteries. I'm really hoping it's just user error because I really don't want to have to deal with sending it back. Color is great. Fabric is great. Super easy to put together.

Really not bad for the price. It did take a few days later to get the other box with the seat and back part. Easy to put together. Color is nice, I have had it for a month and the heat works well and the massage works nice. It doesn't knead you when massaging but is fine for the price and is nice in a smaller area or apartment. pleased with purchase. But do make sure you put legs down before you just get up and out it tends to lean forward (not really a big deal but if you aren't steady on your feet may be a problem. Great for an apartment an extra room or someone moving out for the first time or in college. It is firm but my 64 year old brother really loved it.

I bought this chair and it was easy to assemble It was comfortable, and the value for money was good. . Had a problem but it was taken care of right away.

My husband is 6’1/average build and this chair was tiny compared to him. It does NOT massage! It only vibrates! You can feel the massage balls in your back and legs when you aren’t using the massager, which makes it extremely uncomfortable. I’ve requested to return the item, it’s been 24 hours and I still don’t have a shipping label.. so we will see if I am even able to return it. Yes, it’s value for your money. But I’ve bought inexpensive furniture before that wasn’t cheap, this one unfortunately, wasn’t the case.. and now I have a $300 chair that I may or may not actually be able to return.. so I might just be out $300, which I did know was a risk. I read a lot of good reviews, and that’s why I purchased it.. I usually try not to leave too many bad reviews, but the fact that there wasn’t many for this item concerned me that someone else would make the same mistake that I did..
