NOW Niacin 500 mg

لقد سبب لي تحسس مع العلم كنت استعمله قبل لكن هذه الخلطة سببت لي متاعب و توقفت عن الاخذ منه

いつも通りにいつもの品をと言うことで、一番お得なショップを見つけるだけです。効果も当然同じですしね。結構値段は変動します。当面は無くなればリピ買いです。

I've taken niacin before, the flush hasn't been bad enough to bother me.But I made a mistake & ordered the 500 mg dose.I was taking it anyway because I didn't want to return it.Then it occured to me that this is tablets & I have tablet splitter.So I'm cutting the 500mg tablets in half, & the halves in half again.That comes out to about 125mg.So I like it for niacin.I'll buy it again just a lower dose.

Time release? Hahahaha. I take niacin in the evenings. I hoped this version would not cause niacin flush. It did and lasted for hours so I guess that is the time release working lol. I then cut them in half to reduce the dose.... still a flush, but not as bad and lasts less than an hour.At least I know it works! Perhaps not the sustained release part lol

先に申し上げます。これ粒が大きくて飲みづらく、飲んで30分くらいすると痒くなります。ですが、自分はこれを承知の上で購入しています。血行促進の効果を味わいたいと思ってナイアシンサプリを探していました。ナイアシンフラッシュを体感してみたいと思って、あえて大きい粒の（容量が多い）商品を選びました。最初の１粒は、特になんの効果もなかったです。これは個人差があるというので仕方ない。そこで自己責任を承知の上で２粒飲んだら痒みが出ました。それ以降は１粒でちゃんと痒いです。この痒みは血行がよくなったからだそうです。本当かどうかは分かりません。ナイアシンフラッシュが起こらなくてもいいんですが、飲んで痒みという症状が出るというこの因果関係を体感すると、気持ちいいです（痒みが気持ちいいのではありません）。飲んでも何の効果も（症状も）出ないサプリよりは、たとえ痒みという形であっても実感できる点が高得点です。あと、少し顔が赤くなります。継続したいか？と聞かれれば…もう少しお値段安いなら、ですね。
