Moen replacement
This increased my flow from weak 1.75 to excellent 2.5. Water is abundant and cheap in my area.Moen wanted to sell me an $80 new shower head and I have no warranty now cause I modified with this.

I don't know what to do with it
When it came, there were no installation instruction so it sits on my dresser while my nephew is showering every day under Niagara Falls in his bathroom <insert frustrated emoji here.>

Not overly restrictive.
Tough removing the old restrictor (use a needle-nose pliers), but easy to install this one..

Works good - Quiet like original Moen
This works great. I tried several others with the metal restrictors inside but they are really loud and annoying. This one is quiet just like my original Moen. I actually drilled a hole in it to give me just a little more GPM.

Works great with Delta H2Okinetic In2ition 5-setting Hand Shower!Out with the old blue 1.75 GPM flow restrictor, and in with the green 2.50 GPM flow restrictor.
