Quality cordless freedom!
The best word to describe this lawnmower is Wow! I'm reviewing the new LM G34A 40v model. Lot of people complain cordless mowers struggle with tall grass, they are cheap plastic and battery dies after 15mins. Not this one! Seriously,,, I cut my 2 lawns which are about 100m2, and had 3/4 battery left! I've used it 5x times now and it still only uses about 25% per cut. I never thought the battery would be this good. Well done Yard Force. Please note the charger is quite big though, but does the job. Build quality is sturdy plastic. Not toy like some other models. It has a rear roller for stripy lawns too. A little bit of assembly required with the handle. The images in the manual are tiny so you need good eyes but it's pretty straightforward using common sense. The grass box works well too. I've seen people complain about Worx, Bosch etc but the hybrid box does gather the grass really well. Not too difficult to remove and attach again. Fills up quickly! The blade is steel. This model is collapsible too fo easy storage. It's not super light but has got a carry handle. Quieter than my old Bosch corded one. All in all I'm super happy with this purchase. No more cables to worry about, cordless is the future defo! Please note this is reviewing the newer model LM G34A with 40v Samsung battery.

Great mower for medium sized yard
Mower arrived a day early, unpacked it and assembled in less than 30 minutes. Fully charged the battery (was almost there in any case) and put it into action within an hour of delivery which was fortunate as it has been wet and windy ever since. The mower is really a quality product (certainly not a toy) easy to use and well designed so not too heavy and therefore easy to maneuver but solid enough to produce an excellent cut (thanks to the solid blade as well) and efficiently collects the grass in the catcher. Battery lasted for in excess of quoted time and certainly long enough for me to cut my over 350m2 sloping yard. A great mower that I would strongly recommend to anyone with a small to medium sized yard and the mower had no problem cutting though some fairly long grass. Even better at the reduced price.

Overall good mower for small areas of shortish grass.
Good cordless cutter for small gardens. Used this a few times now, both battery and cutter perform well if you keep grass short and mow regularly. Cut performance and battery longevity not so good if grass gets longer. Lacks power on long grass.

Great Mower
Very good value for money and does an excellent job. So convenient popping it out and finishing the lawn in about 6/7 minutes. Battery lasts for about 1.5 cuts of my size garden which does the trick. Charge it after each use and keep it topped up. Powerfull machine, my grass grows quite thick as you can see in the picture and it cuts through without an issue. Can cut very close and has 5 adjustable heights. I go for setting 2 which is closer than my old Flymo managed. Very happy with this machine. Glad I went for battery operated over plug in. A lot easy to cart around the garden. Gets nice and close to the edges of the wall so removes the need for strimming after and can go over the trampoline legs without an issue.

Excellent mower with diabolical battery life
Bought this to replace my corded Bosch mower. Going cordless has been a game changer - no distractions of trailing leads. For a couple of months, it was perfect for my medium sized lawn. But the battery has degraded - I get max 15 minutes use before I have to abandon my half mowed lawn and have to recharge it. Its now a massive disappointment and I wish I'd kept my Bosch. The battery should have 4 lights when charged fully and run down to 1 when nearly empty. Even after a long charge, mine illuminates only 3 lights - the capacity is degraded. And it stops working when down to 2 lights and requires a further recharge. It delivers 15 minutes, maximum. Very disappointing, I can't recommend for anyone with a reasonably sized lawn. UPDATE after 8 months: wrote to manufacturer about battery degradation. Needed a couple of follow up emails but, within 3 weeks, received replacement battery. Good response. UPDATE after 18 months: replacement battery performed well initially but, after 6 months of inactivity during Winter, has also degraded. Gives max 2 minutes use before running out of juice, irrespective of length of charging cycle. Contacted customer services again - received 2nd replacement battery. CS confirmed that shirt battery life was a know, if infrequent, issue. UPDATE after 22 months: battery failed again - lasts 10 minutes, maximum. Contacted customer services again & requested replacement mower. CS responded same day, awaiting courier collection of my mower next week. Unsure whether repair or replacement will follow. Frustrating. Don't buy one, unless you want to risk being one of 10% of reviewers with battery problems.

Outstanding lawnmower!
I was unsure about buying a battery powered lawnmower but I knew I needed a cordless one as I was fed up with the extension leads running down the length of my long garden and getting in the way of a seamless grass cut. The lawnmower arrived quickly and was easy to assemble (the handle just needs attaching). This is an outstanding lawnmower! It’s quiet, lightweight (even though it’s sturdy!), cuts grass very well, and the battery lasts much longer than expected (about an hour or so to cut my grass on non-continuous use). If you have a large lawn then you may want to purchase a spare battery, as I did. The battery is inserted easily and has a very clear battery life indicator, just press the button on the battery and it will show you by means of bars what life remains. Once discharged the battery take about an hour to fully recharge. I highly recommend this Yardforce lawnmower! It’s an absolute game changer and has taken the hassle out of cutting the grass. 5 stars!

Mowing the lawn is no longer a chore
My husband and always used to fight over who's turn it was to mow the lawn, we hated doing it as our old mower was heavy, corded and rubbish at collecting the cuttings so we'd have to also rake it all up afterwards. Really wish we'd bought this sooner as now it's a 10-15 minute job for our medium sized lawn. The mower is light weight and easy to manoeuvre, has no cord to get in the way, actually collects all the grass cuttings and leaves a nice subtle stripe in the lawn too. Because its so much easier we're cutting the grass much more often so our garden looks so much nicer and the lawn is looking much healthier too. The different cutting heights are good too, I prefer to use the 3rd lowest setting and mow more often as the grass looks much greener and more healthy than when you cut it too short. The battery charges quickly and lasts well, we can get two cuts of both the back and front gardens out of one charge. The mower came mostly complete, assembly was just attaching the two parts of the handle on to the mai machine so was nice and quick and easy. The main handle folds away nicely making it nice and compact to store and there is a little handle on the body of the mower which makes it very easy to lift and momve even when folded up. It was also a bonus that this mower is part of the GR40 range where you can use the same shared battery and charger for multiple tools so we are now looking to buy a hedge trimmer from the same range once it comes back in stock.

Good mower but flimsy handle
The mower in itself does everything it claims to do. Its reasonably easy to assemble, provided you take the time to read and follow the instructions. It cuts the grass well, adjusting the cut height is a piece of cake and the battery life appears good. I have a 100m square garden and it cuts the entire area with between 25 and 50% of the battery charge. It can be a bit unwieldy manoeuvring it in the corners of the garden. My only gripe is that the rubber on the handle has already split and broken and this is after no more than 6/7 uses.
