Heating element goes bad quickly and almost impossible to change
First of all this thing is very touchy trying to get bags to seal. I’m sealing hundreds of bags for mushroom cultivation. This will not seal the bags with the pleats folded in. It will only seal perfectly dry and single ply. The worst part is when the element fails the part you have to take off to fix it has a microscopic screw that is in a hole you have to take out. It is tiny, you can’t see it and it strips easily. So you can chuck your 70.00 sealer after a week if the screw gets stripped. This thing cost me 4 days of production and I would never advise anyone to buy this.

Missing spare sealing wire with our replacement unit
The first sealing unit didn't work. The plate where the control dial is showed signs of damage or manipulation and the red light was missing all together. We were sent a replacement. It arrived in a mangled box with three pieces of Prime tape holding the box shut. When we opened the box we found no spare sealing wires.

The filaments suck
Every time I use this thing- after 2 or 3 Mylar bags are sealed- it burns the inside end of the heating filament clean off. POS/cheap/not worth the price. I had to give a rating. Not even worth 1 star!

Pesé qué era muy buena
Pero, no estoy segura si es buna inversión. Apenas lo he usado unas cuantas veces y ya no calienta, no se que es lo que pasa.

BROKE 2 TIMES UPON ARRIVAL
Ordered this product twice, first time it arrived it did not work at all nothing happened. Returned to get another one thinking just a simple, NOPE A SECOND BRAND NEW ONE WAS BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL TOO. BEWARE
