Worth the money!
The only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is because it was stupidly hard to open. I cut the top off and couldn’t pry the bag open. Finally got it after a dozen attempts.Otherwise, this is high quality. Very fine and not clumpy, plenty of content. It did not have a strong taste and mixed well. Love that’s its natural, and definitely worth the cost. Very affordable and would buy again.

The real mccoy
Unlike the product I had prior to this, I can tell by the scent and taste that this is genuine milk thistle seed, and that it's very fresh. I like the powder form for mixing in green drinks or smoothies, etc. It's also helping to relieve mild inflammation in the liver/gallbladder area, which the previous product did nothing for. Recommended milk thistle product.
