Had an issue
First one i received the button that held the strap broke off. Tried to get support through amazon and was directed to filofax. I contacted filofax and they said i have to deal with amazon. Tried sorting out a replacement but amazon kept offering me some books about wood crafting for some bizarre reason. So I started talking to a robot in the amazon chat and it eventually took me to a real person who sorted out a replacement. Amazon should have allowed me to sort out a replacement myself or made it easier to speak to someone. Other than the hassle of getting it replaced, the replacement is doing its job so far.

Only comes with a 2021 diary insert
My Wife was really happy with this (birthday present). Filled her name etc. then found the diary insert is 2021 - I ordered this in December 2021, meaning the insert was useless. Amazon have sorted this out to my satisfaction (allowing us not to return the item) BUT it needed a call to customer services, that I could have done without. A low rating so that people are aware of the product issue BUT NOT a reflection on Amazon's after-sale service which was excellent.
