The mic is great to use with the Williams' Pocketalker for one on one conversations and placed on my TV monitor to listen to late night programs with little or no sound so as not to disturb any neighbors in the institution where I live. I have no beef with this handy microphone. My beef is the reluctance of people to cooperate and use it properly.. My mechanism has too short a cord and the necessity of a too heavy pair of over the ear headphones. I have looked in vain for something else, but the Pocketalker is limited in use. The fact that I got a 2nd mic is proof that it's a great little gadget. I would rate it a 5. Sound quality is superb. I have also used the gadget to enhance quality of sound on voice mails and pc audios.

Fits well, easy to use.

My hearing device mic jack cover finally was gone. The mic was left exposed. Had to get another but had no idea where to get one for a long time. Since my hearing device will not work unless it had the mic jack. I had to use another hearing device that I hard time to tell if it was on or not. Looked here and found it with a great price. Got one. I was able to use it again. When I need another, I know where to find one.

We got this as a second mic for the end of the long input cord of the pocket talker so my dad wouldn't have to remove it each time and put it in the long cord and then back in the device. It has performed exactly as we hoped. No problems.
