Very upset
I was very upset to have only received half of a fishing pole. And then couldn't get a replacement. Now I'm still waiting on my refund. Don't know why it is taking so long.

Only received ½
We only received the reel and ½ of the rod. Other than that, the reel seems to be pretty great for a 10 year old. Just wish I would've received all of the order. I messed up and didn't send it back in the allotted time, so hopefully I can fit it with another rod of mine.
