4k is 30fps and 1080 60fps. 4k is pixelated on movement. Action cam needs to be 60fps for good usable recordings

You can't use the remote underwater as it's not waterproof. You can operate the camera in the waterproof case and attached it to a selfie stick. Remember to dry your selfie stick after use
