March 2, 2022 The autofocus seems to work well, but I haven't had it long enough to get feedback from others on the receiving end. I'll report back.The seller says: "Background Replacement Please download Chromacam-2.2.1.14 on Windows. Register after installation, then you can change the background in a very simple way." Alas, that ONLY works if you have the hardware to support this feature, which isn't dependent on the camera but on the computer running the camera. I have a slightly older Intel i7 which doesn't meet the requirements of this feature and I have a not quite as old Intel i3 laptop which barely supports it.So, if you want background blurring or a replacement background, which I think is really neat, then first visit Zoom or Chromacam to see if your equipment meets the requirements of what is needed.Update March 16, 2022 Yesterday I was on an important Zoom call and, at first, the lighting was perfect and this was without using the ring light. Alas, the great lighting soon disappeared and it never returned notwithstanding using the ring light. So, when the seller says: "Automatic low-light correction provide true-to-life video even in dim lighting conditions." take this with a grain of salt. Fortunately, I'm still within the return period, which is what I'll likely do to find a webcam with more consistent lighting.

This is great. This product is perfect. Ready to go - just plug-and-play right out of the box. Too bad it does not have a privacy cover, but that is easily fixed - I just put a small cloth bag over it, one I had from when I bought a necklace recently. Not sure about audio yet - haven't tried. But the camera is great. Very high quality. The colors are very natural and very clear. Works excellent with MS Teams, which is exactly what I need it for all day long - business meetings. Really a perfect camera for online business meetings.

Sadly, I wanted to love this.I has a good picture in 1080p - PROVIDED - you have no extraneous, uneven or unbalanced light in the room. In direct sunlight (or any angle from windows), it completely blows out the balance and makes the image unusable. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to test it and now I'm outside the return window. As well, the autofocus has issues with tracking in and out.I disagree with the comment about the light ring...in total darkness or dim light, it helps with the picture - but who actually chats in the dark?Should have spent more money.

I think it is a fantastic camera. Proper white balance, autofocus is reasonable, a lot of options to set it up at a proper angle. Well at least it is far much better than a MacBook pro cam :) I would only ask for it to have a cover for the lens.
