The trim looks good but the seal is garbage
When I installed this I spent a good 2 hours trying to make it work before giving up on the rubber gasket. The trim piece is excellent, and I look forward to ordering the full 4 piece set for my car, but be warned, the gaskets supplied with these kits are too thick. I was unable to get the trim to clip into the handle bracket with the gasket on regardless of how hard I tried or slapped it. For my application as a test run for the replacement of all of the handle trim pieces I'm happy with them and they will suit me well. For people looking for that seal to work, I'd look more towards the dealer. It is more money but you'll actually be able to get the pieces to mount properly.

Improper fit
The part from this distributor is not a proper fit my 1993 e36. Trim requires minor alteration to fit and the seal does not sit flush at up to three spots around the trim's outer edges. Ordered the genuine part which fit like a glove.

One of the hooks on the bottom broke 2 in weeks had to glue to keep from blowing off,
