I needed one more outlet, this provides six outlets, so there are some spares if I ever need them. I have WI-FI, Printer and a scanner all plugged in to this outlet. What I really like is that this unit is attached to the outlet using a screw provided into where the outlet cover was attached. Someone was thinking.

I like the layout of this outlet expander. It fits perfectly over the existing outlet once the original cover is removed and a screw is included to tighten this down to the cover plate screw hole. There are two plugs built into this expander, the top plug does the top three outlets and the bottom one does the bottom three. This would be important if you chose to use this product on a switched outlet. It's hard to write an entire essay about an outlet block, so in short I really like this outlet expander and if I want to do this to another outlet in my house I will definitely just repurchase this same one.

I wanted this because I needed to plus my tv, router and robot vacuum in the same wall and there’s only one outlet. I wouldn’t plug anything else to not overload it. It’s discrete and easy to install.

This simple outlet extender works great when your duplex outlet is powered by two separate circuits, that is, one circuit for the upper plugs and a separate circuit for the lower, since the device has two sets of blades which plug into the receiving outlet, and not one set like most other devices of this type. That’s because each bank of outlets on the device is powered separately. Of course, the receptacle powering the device containing two power feeds would have the connecting tang broken off to keep the upper and lower bank of circuits separate. Nevertheless this outlet extender would work equally well with a duplex receptacle powered by just one circuit. Satisfied.

A standard PC setup needs more than 2 plugs. This is much better than having a power bar trailing around under your feed.No surge suppression or other 'features' - but it does give you up to 6 outletsI also don't know whats wrong with some electronics manufactures where they have plugs that will block the second outlet with oversize bricks/plugs. This would turn effectively a 1-outlet into at least a 2-.
