RM-5003 – Model Kit Tiger I Early Production with Full Interior

Great kit, good price.NOT a "weekend build", that's for sure!

Great kit. This is perhaps the most accurate Tiger 1 model currently available in 1:35 scale, though you do need to know your subject: only a couple of sPzAbt 503 Tigers had the non standard turret bin and none were painted green - instead they should be dunkelgelb as were all Tigers after February 1943.Interior details are good, but benefit from using photo references to check details. Some scratch building is necessary for a 100% accurate interior though as some control linkages are missing as well as some of the cover plates around the turret ring.There are enough spare parts included in the kit that almost any Tiger from October 1942 to November 1943 could be built, including 'Tunisia' Tigers from sPzAbt 501, those with sPzAbt 502 at Leningrad or any other Tiger taking part in the Kursk battles in Summer 1943.Well worth the money.
