This worked to raise the PH in our pool just like expected. I would recommend placing in a floating chlorine dispenser with the vents shut down to little or no venting. This way it dissolves while floating around instead of sitting on the bottom, the granules don’t dissolve well once they sink to the bottom. It was cheaper than other brands and has kept our pool water balanced. Has plenty for multiple applications for our 3,200 gallon vinyl intex above ground pool.
