The salt beef that I used this product for turned out very well with a great flavour .

It’s so easy
I wish I had thought about this years ago. Buy a piece of pork. Follow the instructions on the packet. Put pork in fridge, turning it over daily for 3 to 5 days. The result is lovely bacon. No added water, it does not shrink in the pan. It tastes like bacon used to taste. No more of that supermarket stuff for me.

Does what it say's on the tin
Good stuff. Used for Jamie Oliver's Salt beef. Used 20-25g for a 1.5KG brisket and worked fine. Nice pink colour inside the beef. 6 day Brine
