The plastic covering over the jar was half torn off. The jar looks half-hollow inside. The contents is all dried-up and old. The manufacturing date is 09/04/2020 and the expiry date is 09/03/2023.. I ordered and received it in mid November 2022, which means only a few months to expiration date. I ordered this product previously & liked it, but I’m very disappointed this time with what looks like a dried-out & half-empty container. I will not recommend it nor buy it again.

I bought this item to use prior to shaving, however, this product did the opposite of what I intended to use it for. This scrub gave me ingrown hairs, and it’s very hard on the skin. The smell is nothing like you’d expect, it almost smells like play dough. Purchase at your own risk.

très déçu du produit. Le produit a été mis en boite le 04-24-2018 et il expire le 04-23-2021 dans 2 mois et je viens de le recevoir on est le février 2021.Le produit est sèche très difficile a l'application ca tombe partout ca tient pas même en rajoutant de l'eau le sel fond alors il n'y a plus d'exfolient peut-être qu'il est déjà expirer qui c'est ??? très mauvais produit je déconseille fortement j'espère avoir un remboursement au moins.

This works great I think. there is no moisture in the jar just the chunk of brown sugar msybe that is the way it is supposed to be it seems to work

Very disappointed in this product. It looks like someone mixed sea salt with a few drops of olive oil and tried to sell it for $16.95. It’s very dry with no grapefruit smell and certainly no shea butter. It’s gross looking and I will not be putting it on my skin. Looking to return for a full refund. Amazon should pull this product from its shelves.
