Banpresto Monogatari Series: Koinogatari: Hitagi Senjougahara SQ Figure

I got this for roughly $45. For that price this is a great figure. Well made. Nice Details. Love the outfit she was wearing in this arc. I just wish they included her hat she had as well, but probably harder to manufacturer.I probably wouldn't spend more than $50 for it, but of course up to you.

I'd honestly give it a 4 1/2 rating if I could, as my complaints are relatively minor (and one of them should fade in time). It should be noted that I'm new to collecting anime figures, or figures in general, so I'm honestly not sure exactly what I should be looking for when it comes to paint quality and the like outside of what should be obvious to the average person.Overall, it seems to be well made and painted quite well for the price, and on that level alone I'd give it a 5 star rating. I do have two complaints though:A) There was some bubblewrap wrapped around her upper torso which seems to have bent her tie and the left side of her scarf somewhat out of place compared to the box art and the sample image on Amazon. It's a fairly minor issue as they're still bent in such a way that they fit the theme, but it's still an issue to me. Nowhere near enough of one to demand a refund or return, but it's half a star off the item's rating for sure.B) The instant I opened the box I was hit with a veritable wall consisting of the smell of paint fumes and... what I can only assume was the smell of curing plastic or vinyl. I get migraines on a frequent basis and various smells (such as these) tend to be a huge trigger for them, so this is definitely unappealing for me. Thankfully, the figure itself doesn't have anywhere near as strong of a smell as the box's interior does, and what is there should fade in time (I hope). Like the above, this is nowhere near enough of an issue to demand a refund or return, but it's half a star off the item's rating nonetheless.I'll probably be buying another figure from the company that made this since they seem to be of good quality for being as inexpensive as they are (compared to most figures I've seen), but I'm hoping the above issues are more of a one-off situation than something normal for the brand.

I love Senjougahara, decided got her Koimonogatari Season figure with short hair.The Figure is really great, very well done. Shape and appearance is good and her pose is also well done, fits her "tsundere" character pretty well, as described "Hitagi looks beautiful with a traditional 'tsundere' character face that's a bit sharp, yet seductive at the same time."

Had to pull the legs apart a little to get them to fit on the pegs.I'm not really familiar with these figurines, so maybe this is common to get a tighter fit?I love it though, great detail all around. It's painted on every visible surface I could find, solid construction.

Am a huge Senjougahara fan so I had to buy this figure. This is how Hitagi hair looks like after Nisemonogatari. Even though I prefer her with long hair the short hair has its own charm. Plus I collect all of the Senjougahara figures. The figure looks nice no paint blemishes or discoloration. Her pose is so befitting of her character. The product was also well packaged and arrived on time. I would highly recommend this figure to all Monogatari/Senjougahara fans
