This is better than a compression sleeve by far! I have used many different compression sleeves after destroying my elbow in a mountain biking accident several years ago. Since then I have been rebuilding my arm and elbow. This wrap blows away anything I have used in the past. After getting used to the feeling of the loop/wrapping, I was able to change the wrap in several ways to allow for compression where I need it depending on the exercise I want to do. Upper arm compression for Triceps, elbow compression for bench press, forearm compression for bicep curls. Now for the improvements, the Loop needs to be thicker and really stitched into the wrap, I can see breaking this loop in about 6 months. The edging needs some soft neoprene so it won't rub against the skin as much.

Great and confortable wrist wraps. Keeps my arms and form stable.
