VTech DigiArt Creative Easel

I bought the pink color for my son as it was so much more reasonably priced than the other color. My son who's 2.5 yr old absolutely loves it and has started scribbling away on the blackboard side which is his fav. It took us a bit to figure out how to switch between the two configs of this board once we got it assembled but after that its been a breeze. He's too young to follow the shapes yet so he just plays with the LED lights in the doodle mode for now but I'm pretty sure he'll figure it out soon. Its a great product if you get it at the right price on amazon. We've also used the dry erase side with dry erase jumbo Crayola crayons which can be easily wiped away and that's been convenient as well.

I liked that this easel is easy to use for the kids. My granddaughter is 5 years old and has Down syndrome. She picked up the writing stick and began tracing the letters and numbers without any directions from us. It helps with her writing skills. My grandson, her brother, is 3 years old, and he loves it. He navigates it without any help. This is my second purchase. I had purchased one for my nephew two years ago and it was a wonderful gift. It’s a great gift, kids are having fun while they learn and practice hand motor skills. Highly recommended.

We purchased in 11/18 as a Christmas present for our 3 year old. Today our 9 month old was strangled by the chord for the magic marker. SHE IS OKAY. She pulled herself up on the easel and must have caught the chord under her chin when she went to sit down. She let out a cry and when my husband grabbed her the chord was choking her. Her butt wasnt even touching the floor she was essentially hanging from it. We ripped it off of her and cut the chord right off. Thank God we were right there. I will be contacting Amazon and vtech tomorrow (4/1) please watch your babies with this easel!!!!!!!

Our 2.5 yr old granddaughter loves this easel. We like it because it has the ability to lay flat or sit up. It's durable and attractive. No other stores carried the pink/purple color in this easel. My only disappointment was the light-up part is just a small square with no color options or ability to doodle like a drawing board app. I would give this 4.5 stars, but I couldn't figure out how to add half a star.

I bought this as a present for my four year old daughter's birthday, and she loves it. She's constantly asking me to adjust it and convert it from a desk to an easel, from a chalk board to a white board, and vice versa. She can sit or stand at the desk with her coloring books, or use the paper clip on the easel to hang up her construction paper and do all her standard drawing and coloring. In a nut shell, this is home base for all of our arts and crafts now.

Great quality and price. I just wish it was a little more kid friendly to flip over when my grand daughter wants to switch from chalk board to dry erase board. I love the built in learning app on the dry erase board side. Very helpful teaching her ABC and writing them. It was a good purchase for her Christmas gift and good price.

It was easy for my almost 3 year old to learn to use, and she didn't want to stop. I only gave three stars because she very quickly pulled the battery cover off because it doesn't have a safety screw. This surprised me because I thought all children's toys with batteries had a screw-on battery cover. My other complaint is that the default volume is very loud. I'd prefer the default be the quietest and we can turn it up if needed.

I had bought this for my daughter for the holidays, not to sure what to expect. However she absolutely loves this item. I was extremely impressed with the functionality of this product. Not only does she have fun with it but she is learning. Learning how to write her letters and numbers. I have already had friends ask where I had gotten this. Great product and worth every penny.
