What is its true dimensions in regards to length? It says 21" but I bought a medium that said it was 19", but it only measures 16".

I bought a large and its only 18" long and extended height is only 10" Excellent product poor dimensions.

It does not come with a bladder. It merely has the opening at the front for the tube to come through. I don't use it with my water, but my 70oz would easily fit in it. If you undo the zipper and fully extend the pack then you could have room for other items, too.
