Great for MacBook
I recently received a MacBook Pro as part of a new job I just started. Previously I had been a Windows/Linux user for decades, and my office was set up nicely for my previous Dell Precision series laptop. I quickly learned that finding a sub $400 dock that would enable my MacBook to drive my 2 displays whilst charging all through one cable wasn't going to be an easy task. My old one wouldn't work, and I tried two different newer models and none would deliver. This one worked perfectly out of the box, provides lots of connectivity options, and feels like a solid unit. Very happy with it so far. (Disclaimer, this is a new Macbook with the Intel chip).

DO NOT waste your money.
I decided to push the boat out and get a premium USB-C hub for my MacBook Pro. I'm really sorry I purchased the Corsair TBT100 Thunderbolt 3 Dock. Several times a day, it resets in the middle of working - I then lose my monitors, and often when it comes back on about 5 seconds later I need to reset the monitor arrangements and sometimes I have to log back into my computer. Based on other reviews, this is a common problem. I will never buy a product from this company again. Absolute waste of money.

Well built, works as intended
Does its intended job well. Im using it with a m1 macbook air and it works just fine with my 27 inch 2k monitor. Do note however that the m1 macbook air supports only 1 monitor through thunderbolt, so if you want to get this to run 2 monitors with a m1 its no go. Other than the aluminium construction is very nice. Overall satisfied with the product.

Works awesome for Apple Silicone
I have this set up to run my MacBook Pro (2021, M1 Pro) at my desk.Passes through awesome charging and supports two video outputs beautifully.Nice compact size (keep in mind power block is separate) so looks great.

Unusable - Connection resets every few minutes
The thunderbolt connection resets every few minutes, so the display flickers, ethernet connection gets dropped, and all USB devices get reset.Power delivery also does not reach anywhere near 85W.Active thunderbolt cables do not work. Only works with passive cables. So, no cables longer than ~0.6m going to the laptop.
