Quality is good. Seems to be sturdy and a bit heavy. Doesn’t give out loud noises when using. Overall, am happy with the item.

Working good, smooth, design is great, light and compact size. Material may be better to be stronger but generally it's very good keyboard.

Extremely dissapointed to see after only 6 months this product has stopped working. My mouse button to navigate my desktop has stopped which renders the product useless. Very sad to see and unhappy at the quality of this.

Edited: I faced the below issues but I not only changed the battery from a generic one to a brand name battery, the mouse started to work perfectly. Aesthetically great but not functionality wise - the mouse keeps lagging and I have to keep reconnecting it.

the product is made out of keyboard and a mouse. The mouse is fantastic. The keyboard is a bit small and arrows keys are very difficult to use. The CTRL button doesn't seem to work well, it is laggy often and won't work well if you will be using it often. It might be my bad keyboard. seller wanted a video to prove that there's something wrong while I just bought it a bout a week ago. They won't provide me with the warranty terms they promised (i.e. replacing it). but product is OK, it is just the CTRL key is awful. better buy another product

Second time buying this and the mouse keeps wondering around the screen. It’s highly frustrating. Keyboard is fine and enjoy this product other than this one issue with the mouse.

I really likes that it functional as I wished, Only thing is that keys seems much closer and doesn't much with what I already used, so speed typing is sometimes difficult. Good product for the price.

This keyboard and mouse were so easy to set up. Take it out the box, whack in some batteries, flick them on, plug in the usb receiver and bam, it's working! Home working on my notebooks keyboard game me neck ache so I needed to invest in something wireless and erganomic so I could sit up straighter and use a monitor. And I needed something that was good value. This was a perfect fit for me. Soft touch keyboard and a reactive mouse. I can move 10 metres away and they still work! The keyboard is about as wide as the notebooks keypad but it also has a numberpad for those numbers days, making it a bit wider. I like the feel of both and they dont feel cheap. The mouse is a little light, but I soon settled into using it. The keyboard is responsive and there is minimal, if any, lag. I would highly recomend this set.

I ordered my USB receiver because my previous one that came with my keyboard and mouse had been misplaced. When I initially searched for it online I was u able to find it. But then I found the email address for the customer service department and I sent them an email. I was pleasantly surprised when they emailed me back within two hours, with the link for the replacement and instructions on how to set it up once it arrived. The item arrived and it worked right out of the box, no setup was required. I’m still impressed when I receive excellent customer service , they were on point.

I've had this mouse and keyboard set for about a month now and initially, I really liked it. I even had a friend who bought the same one and complained about it and I told her I didn't have any of the issues she did. Well, I spoke too soon. I love how neat this keyboard is and I love all of the color options but this set LAGS. The mouse will just straight up freeze to the point where I have to turn it off and on a few times and slowly the keyboard has been starting to do the same thing. It probably wouldn't bother me but I'm a writer by profession so I am typing literally all day. At least a few times an hour I have to stop and turn the keyboard on and off to try and get it to work smoothly. I'm surprised I was able to type all of this without having to do so! Anyway, it's a decent and good price product but just be warned if you're easily frustrated. There is lag and the only way to get rid of it seems a good ole' fashioned reboot. UPDATE: We are now at a month later and the keyboard just straight up doesn't work UPDATE: Seller offered me a refund but after swapping out my adapter, it seems to be working now!
