Kreg Straight Edge Guide-4 Ft

Easy to use and very accurate.

Used it already and does the rip cut perfectly! Still trying to get the distance saw blades plastic bit set up better - and it doesn’t slide as smoothly as I would want yet - but I think that is me and not the kreg device!!

Found it difficult to get clamps to hold in place, but when i managed to do so, it done an ok job of keeping jig saw straight.

I didn’t like it. Waste of money really . I ended up buying a track saw instead.

Easy to assemble, in practice its too fiddly to use. I am an experienced woodworker and I found it awkward to use. I suspect that people that put out videos on YouTube have been using this for quite a while to make it seem so easy. This is especially true if you have a saw with the blade on the left. I used up quite a bit of wood getting it right and at the price of plywood, this isnt funny. If you intend to get one - go to FFX website, they have these at £50

When coupled with extension kit it makes cutting 8' boards easy. Especially good for repetitive cuts
